UNCRC (1989) 
The United Nations Convention on the rights of the child is a nationwide charity used to establish children's rights. This was the most complete document for children aged 0 - 18 years. 
The United Kingdom along with 195 of states use this document, it clearly states the right of the child despite their race, belief or gender. 
The document was created to prevent discrimination against young children. 
Within this document there at 54 different articles (rights).

Lets take a look at the child friendly document.

UNCRC (1989) 
Alongside these 54 articles there are 4 main categorised principles. 
Article 2: non discrimination 
Article 3: Best interest of the child 
Article 6: Rights to live 
Article 12: Right to be heard. 

The above 4 principles are known as the general principles to ensure value in play and learning environments.
